Releasing the comfortable idea of “not knowing” in favor of trusting myself and “I have the capacity to figure it out”
Choosing Joy
Cultivating loving connections
Focussing my energy on creating for myself and investing in work that excites me and empowers through creativity
Making financial literacy my BITCH
Taking care of my many house plants
Drinking more water and more Bubly
Resting in the knowing that the vision for my highest life is already mine
Knowing I am enough
Knowing I can, I am, I will
I release all things that no longer serve me
I release fear masquerading as exhaustion, self doubt, confusion
Do it scared. Do it without knowing what you’re doing. Show up, and it will come to you.
That’s more than enough.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll recognize this quote:
“I don’t know what to say yet about this year, and I probably won’t for some time. But this is what I saw and what I felt shining through the cracks must have been hope, must have been love.
That’s what I feel about recapping this year. About contemplating this collection of lonely days. There are so many truths to carry about our time together. Truths of pain and anguish, of growth and joy. And I’m getting better at accepting this idea as a whole- that we can hold multiple truths. It is possible. It is necessary to understand things as completely as we can. It would be toxic positivity to only honor the light, and it would be untrue to only honor the dark; they can’t exist without each other. We’re not here to offer spit shined truths with smooth sheens and shiny lacquer. Our truth encompasses the jagged edges and the smooth centers. The light and the dark. Both. The whole.
Moving into 2021 with compassion and love and a renewed belief in myself and my purpose. The possibility that lives inside of me and what I’m capable of doing everyday. Moving into 2021 ready to lean into Spirit and trust and meditation. Ready to show UP.
It’s an honor to be here with you, wherever you are.✨
